Michelle Janas has more than 13 years’ experience in Biologics, API, Medical Device, and Pharmaceuticals, working in various functions from global quality assurance to operational excellence in both quality and manufacturing. From releasing production records to becoming a Global GMP Training Manager as well as a variety of roles in manufacturing quality. Her expertise includes implementing software at multiple manufacturing sites all over the globe. In every role Janas strives to always be transforming and continually improving the status quo. It is her real passion to see how changes can have a profound effect on the quality of products and getting them to patients sooner.
