- Working with Fortune 50 F&B company, have currently reduced operational changeovers in five of their LATAM facilities by over 40%, and the efficiency of two factory maintenance changeovers by over 30%, while laying the groundwork for the company's digital transformation. Half were conducted 'live on-line' using direct video feeds for plant gemba walks.

- Co-launched very popular Organizational Risk & Resiliency course for Sloan Executive Education, with Prof. Retsef Levi, DIrector of MIT Operations Research Center.
