Providing process expertise and requirements for the set-up of a state-of-the art multi-product biologics manufacturing facility with following focus:
- definition of requirements for implementation of MES system and cooperation with automation team in system implementation
- setup and design of manufacturing consumables (single use bags, connections, filtration systems,etc.)
- participating in technology tranfer of high density perfusion process on receiving site
- subject matter expert in filtration, filter integrity testing and bioprocess microbial control strategy
