Within the scope of the ERP project for digital core transformation, the processes of the business units are being revised and the old production architecture and organization are being adapted through harmonization. The aim is to achieve global standardization of all processes. MES is a key element in the changeover to a new production system architecture and the integration of a new handling unit management.
