Yama Yar is the Global Maintenance & Reliability Lead at Aenova Group, where he drives global strategies to enhance equipment reliability, streamline maintenance processes, and optimize operational efficiency across the organization. With extensive experience in maintenance leadership and operational excellence, including senior roles at Nestlé Health Science and leading consultancies, he brings a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions that improve performance and reduce downtime.

Daniel Schwarz studied Business Informatics at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, where he obtained his Bachelor and Master of Science. During his studies, he worked in parallel as a development consultant at IBM and subsequently at an institute of the university, where he was responsible for web and mobile applications in the logistics sector.
After his studies, he joined Movilitas Consulting GmbH, where he worked for seven years as a Principal Consultant in the areas of logistics and enterprise mobility, and collaborated for the first time with the three osapiens founders Stefan Wawrzinek, Matthias Jungblut, and Alberto Zamora.
In October 2020, together with Tobias Schlereth, he founded osapiens AssetOps GmbH as a subsidiary of osapiens and has since been Managing Director and jointly responsible for the solutions within Operations Efficiency.
